- 2 large bunches raw broccoli, cut into flowerets
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together.
- Add onion, bacon and cheese.
- Pour over broccoli in a bowl. Stir until broccoli is lightly coated.
- Chill for a few hours, or overnight.
